Where is the term “Ten Commandments” mentioned in the Torah?

The Ten Commandments are listed in Exodus 20: 1-17 and Deuteronomy 5: 6-21, but they are not referred as the Ten Commandments.

The words “Ten Commandments” appear in Exodus 35: 28 (NASB): And he [Moses] was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water.  And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Sometimes the Ten Commandments are referred to as the Ten Words.
