This is a great article by Michael Gaither! In my opinion, he identifies the main problem facing the church today: watering down–and compromising–the Word of God. Are we willing to speak the truth in love or blend in like a chameleon with worldly standards? Diluting the Gospel is equivalent to being “lukewarm” (or worse), something that Christ condemned in Revelation 3: 16.

But there is hope. “If My people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7: 14 KJV).

Is it possible that in these last days the Gospel is being diluted within our churches? I believe their are Ministers that only preach the things that satisfies the congregation, rather than preaching the Whole Word of God as it was written.
